My heartfelt work is in traditional and natural medicine. I have studied with amazing teachers including my husband, Norman Arellano and my mother-in -law, Virginia Nanez. My interest in traditional medicine began when people near to me were diagnosed with brain and spinal cord injury, and when there was emotional chaos in my life. I treat clients through the integration of my healing arts. I do what is best to help my clients heal with what I know. Sometimes it is a chakra cleansing, a bit of reiki, or a fascia release. I continue my studies in holistic alternative modalities and am grateful for natural healing.
I have learned from Dr. Alberto Villoldo who carries the medicine of the Laika; from the lineage carriers of the Usui System of Natural Healing including Dr. Mikao Usui, Dr. Chuhiro Hayashi, Mrs. Hawayo Takata, Vickie Allen, and Virginia Nanez; and from the teachings of Dr. Upledger. I am a certified herbal wellness coach.
I am a licensed Associate Broker & Realtor® with Arias Links Realty, LLC. I have been serving others in New Mexico's real estate market for over 14 years.
I love spending time with my family outside of work, although, we work together too.

I was born with the natural ability to see energy. I follow a long lineage of indigenous and traditional healers, curanderos, and shamans, including my mother who has a private practice in southwestern New Mexico.
I have taught and mentored students of the medicine work. I am the author of Our Rainbow Body.

We work from a simple premise: the body has an innate intelligence and an innate capacity to heal. Our role is not to fix you — it's to create the conditions in which your own healing can unfold. That means listening deeply, moving slowly, and trusting the process.
Deep Listening
Every session begins with listening — to what you share, and to what your
body is communicating beneath the words.
Trust the process
Healing rarely moves in a straight line. We hold space for whatever arises, without agenda or expectation.
Whole-person care
Body, mind, and spirit are not separate. We work with all three, because lasting healing touches all three.
